  • Drive external communications programs for the company's Digital

Digital Marketing Assistant

Job description

  • Assist Product Marketing team operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting marketing information and materials
  • Work with both internal and external resources to coordinate meetings, collect data, and communicate pertinent information
  • Assist with project managing marketing activations and oversee timelines, including creative and media deadlines
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to request, review and deliver creative assets for marketing activations and media
  • Manage administrative tasks.
  • Assist with a variety of project management, event and promotional program needs, including (but not limited to) developing sweepstakes rules with legal as well as the sourcing and fulfillment of prizes or other event elements

Job description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the UNITZ customer experience tracking program
  • Create detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for solutions that meet goals and provide high-quality experiences for Guests
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, tech estimations, sprint planning and scrums, coordinating with tech leads and project managers and scrum masters to meet sprint deliverables and ensure high-velocity sprints
  • Support feature launches with go-to-market plans, user acceptance testing and regular communications to project partners
  • Partner with the product design and copywriting teams to ensure creative assets developed for a feature align with its strategic vision
  • Explore data for trends, relationships between variables
  • Proactively propose analysis based on observations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building, optimizing, and reporting out on paid search campaigns in Google Ads and/or Bing Ads platforms

Job description

Reporting directly to the CEO + President of UNITZ

Guide and build internal and external understanding of the brand to clarify how we show up to consumers:

  • Through consumer research, existing materials and gut instinct, lead the evolution and clarifying of our brand fundamentals: key insights, reasons to believe, what drives consumer adoption and love.
  • Build upon the strong existing work to drive the Design agenda for the brand

Connect with our consumers to drive interest, engagement, and purchase, experimenting with new ways to connect with consumers and invite them to fall in love with the brand:

  • Own our brand marketing budget
  • Own our marketing agency relationships
  • Lead the team to optimize our communications mix via well-designed tests and then scaling what works (including influencers, affiliates, sampling, media, etc.)
  • Lead brand partnerships, an important source of acquiring consumers
  • Lead our social media strategy and execution
  • Partner with Customer Development and DTC (Direct to Customer) to ensure needs of the customer and channel are met (photography, key messages, signage, video, selling kits, etc.)

Co-lead our Innovation and Renovation agenda together with our Product team:

  • Develop our innovation strategy in partnership with Product team
  • Co-lead development of our product innovation and renovation roadmap
  • Lead product associated with brand partnerships

Requirements
